Every deck is printed from your artwork on our own offset presses. We check bleed, colour profile and line weight before plating, then match the back design, tuck box and any foil or spot UV to the same colour target.
The deck uses 300gsm double-coated card stock, embossed with a linen texture on both sides, then sealed with matte varnish. The result is a firm snap, low glare and consistent handling across every deck.
Full-colour offset printing keeps faces and backs consistent across the run. Add gold or silver foil, spot UV, embossing or gilded edges; we confirm the finishing sequence and colour target at proof stage.
