Fixing a deck problem after it reaches a warehouse overseas costs far more than catching it on the press. Our QC is built around that arithmetic: check the paper coming in, watch the run while it prints, and inspect a random sample before the cartons are sealed.
Each stage has its own checklist and its own record, so a problem can be traced back to a batch, a sheet or a machine.
Paper weight and whiteness, core quality, board thickness and ink batch are checked when stock arrives — before it reaches the press.
Ink density, registration and coating coverage are monitored through the run. Sheets are pulled and compared with the approved sample.
A random sample from the finished batch is checked for cut accuracy, card count, box fit and packing before cartons are closed.

For most overseas orders, the buyer cannot walk the floor. What we can send instead is documentation: the approved sample stays with the job as the colour reference, and inspection results travel with the shipment.
Quality management, environmental and occupational health systems are certified.

Send photos of the affected cartons and carton numbers within 7 days of receiving the goods, so we can match them to production records.
If cartons arrive damaged, photograph the pallet and cartons before unpacking further — the carrier claim depends on it.
Claims and questions go to info@sgallocards.com or +86 15920960804; we reply within 12 working hours.
The full process, remedies and production tolerances are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Tell us the product and destination market — we will send the relevant certificates and the inspection points we apply to that deck.
