This policy explains how SGallocards (Guangzhou Sanwa Poker CO., LTD.) schedules production and ships custom card orders, and where responsibility passes between us and the buyer.
- 5–7 daysPhysical samples
- 15–20 daysMass production
- 3–7 daysExpress transit
- 25–40 daysSea transit
1. Production schedule
Physical samples take 5–7 days after artwork, specifications and the proof are confirmed. Mass production takes 15–20 days after proof approval and receipt of the deposit, covering printing, lamination, die-cutting, sorting and packing.
Complex finishing, mixed designs, hand assembly or peak-season volumes sit at the upper end of that window or slightly beyond. We confirm the schedule in writing when we accept the order.
2. Shipping methods
- Express courier (DHL / FedEx / UPS) — typically 3–7 working days door to door. Best for samples and first runs.
- Air freight — about 5–10 days airport to airport, plus customs clearance. Suited to mid-size runs on a deadline.
- Sea freight — roughly 25–40 days port to port depending on the route. Lowest cost per deck for full pallets and containers.
Transit times are indicative and depend on the carrier, route, customs and season. We confirm the booked method and estimated transit time on the quotation or order confirmation.
3. Incoterms and risk
We quote on the Incoterms® 2020 term stated in the quotation — EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP. Risk of loss or damage passes according to that term, while title passes when we receive payment in full. The applicable term is repeated on the invoice.
If you need a different term or a named place of delivery, tell us before the order is confirmed so the quotation and documents can be issued correctly.
4. Split shipments
Where an order contains several designs with different approval or production dates, we may ship in instalments by agreement. Each instalment is packed and documented separately, and additional freight, handling or documentation costs may apply; we will quote them before shipping.
Consolidating several orders into one shipment can reduce freight cost. Ask us before the first order is dispatched so we can plan the packing list.
5. Tracking and documents
We share tracking details once the shipment leaves the factory. Standard documents include the commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading or air waybill. A certificate of origin or other certificate is added when required by the destination or requested by the buyer.
Please check that the consignee name, address, tax or VAT number and product description on the documents are correct; changes after documents are issued may delay customs clearance.
6. Packing
Decks are shrink-wrapped, packed into master cartons and palletised with edge protection. Cartons are labelled with product, quantity and carton numbers so they can be checked on arrival.
If the goods will be stored for a long period or shipped to a humid climate, tell us before production so we can advise on moisture protection and packing materials.
7. Duties and customs
Import duties, taxes and destination charges are the buyer's responsibility unless the quotation is DDP. We prepare the export documents and provide the information needed for clearance; the consignee or its broker is responsible for import clearance where applicable.
Customs inspection or missing information can delay delivery beyond the transit times above. We will help with the documents but cannot control customs processing.
8. Delivery address
Tell us about any change of address before dispatch. After dispatch, changes depend on the carrier and may incur a fee. If delivery fails because the address is incorrect or nobody is available to receive the goods, storage and redelivery costs are borne by the buyer.
9. Transit damage
Inspect the cartons on arrival and note any visible damage on the carrier's delivery document before signing. Keep the packaging and photograph the pallet and cartons before unpacking further — this is required for a carrier claim.
Report damage or shortages within 7 days so we can help you file the claim and arrange replacement production where needed. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.
10. Delays
Production and transit dates are estimates based on normal capacity and carrier schedules. Delays caused by late approvals, changes to the specification, missing materials, customs or events outside our control extend the schedule. Our obligations in those circumstances are set out in section 15 of our Terms of Service.
11. Contact
Questions about a destination, freight cost or shipment? Contact us — we reply within 12 working hours.
